Pharmacological category: Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI), antacid

Product Description

1.Mechanism of action:

Inhibits the proton pump of gastric parietal cells, blocks the final step of gastric acid secretion, potently and persistently inhibits gastric acid secretion, takes effect quickly, and the effect lasts for about 24 hours.

2.Indications:

Used for gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, stress ulcer, reflux esophagitis and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (gastrinoma).

3.Usage and dosage:

Oral administration, do not chew. Peptic ulcer: 20mg once, 1-2 times a day, taken on an empty stomach in the morning or morning and evening respectively. The course of treatment for gastric ulcer is usually 4-8 weeks, and for duodenal ulcer is usually 2-4 weeks. Reflux esophagitis: 20-60mg once, 1-2 times a day, taken on an empty stomach in the morning or morning and evening respectively, the course of treatment is usually 4-8 weeks. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: 60mg once a day, the total daily dose can be adjusted to 20-120mg according to the condition.

4.Contraindications:

Contraindicated in patients allergic to this product and proton pump inhibitor drugs.

5.Cautious population:

Use with caution in patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency, pregnant and lactating women, children (prohibited in infants). Use with caution in the elderly and reduce the dose if necessary.

6.Adverse reactions:

Common nausea, abdominal distension, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain and other gastrointestinal discomfort; rare dizziness, headache, drowsiness, insomnia, rash, pruritus; occasional abnormal liver function, elevated bilirubin, leukopenia, mild symptoms and recoverable after withdrawal; long-term medication may cause vitamin B12 deficiency, osteoporosis, intestinal flora disturbance, etc.

7.Notes:

This product is a symptomatic antacid drug, should not be taken in large doses for a long time. When treating gastric ulcer, gastric cancer with ulcerative type should be excluded first to avoid delaying diagnosis and treatment. Combined use with antibiotics such as clarithromycin can eradicate Helicobacter pylori. Do not take with clopidogrel, ketoconazole and other drugs, which may affect the efficacy.
