Specification: 2ml: 300mg; 5ml: 600mg
Pharmacological category: Antipyretic and Analgesic drug, Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug
Mechanism of action: It inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in hypothalamic thermoregulatory center and peripheral tissues by acting on cyclooxygenase, reduces the body's heat production and increases heat dissipation to exert antipyretic effect; it blocks the transmission of pain signals to relieve mild to moderate pain, with strong antipyretic effect and mild analgesic effect, and no obvious anti-inflammatory effect. It has little irritation to gastrointestinal tract and high safety.
Indications: Relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain and dysmenorrhea; emergency treatment of fever caused by cold, influenza and various infectious diseases; antipyretic and analgesic adjuvant treatment for postoperative pain and cancer pain; fever relief for infants, children and elderly patients with poor tolerance to other antipyretics.
Usage and dosage: Intramuscular injection / slow intravenous injection. Adult: 0.2g ~ 0.5g once a time, 1 ~ 2 times a day, the maximum daily dose ≤ 1.0g. Pediatric: 5 ~ 10mg per kg body weight per time, once a day, adjust dosage according to age and body temperature strictly. The course of treatment for fever is no more than 3 days, and for pain is no more than 5 days.
Contraindications: Contraindicated in patients allergic to this product, paracetamol and any excipients of the preparation; contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and severe liver cirrhosis; contraindicated in neonates under 3 months old.
Cautious population: Use with caution in patients with mild to moderate hepatic and renal insufficiency (reduce dosage and monitor liver and kidney function); use with caution in pregnant and lactating women (proper dosage is safe, avoid long-term use); elderly patients with reduced metabolic capacity use small dose; infants and children use strictly according to weight dosage to avoid overdose; avoid combined use with other antipyretic and analgesic drugs to prevent acute liver injury caused by excessive dosage.
Adverse reactions: High safety and mild adverse reactions. Common reactions: mild local pain, redness and swelling at intramuscular injection site; occasional dizziness, fatigue and mild nausea. Rare reactions: allergic reactions such as skin rash and pruritus are occasional, severe anaphylactic shock is extremely rare; long-term large-dose use may cause mild elevation of transaminase and renal function damage (reversible after drug withdrawal); no obvious gastrointestinal irritation, which is better than aspirin and ibuprofen. No toxic side effects under conventional dosage.
Notes: Do not mix with alkaline drugs in the same syringe/infusion bottle to avoid drug inactivation; slow intravenous injection is recommended to prevent hypotension and adverse reactions; long-term medication should regularly monitor liver and kidney function; stop medication immediately if allergic symptoms occur and give symptomatic treatment; store in a cool and dark place, avoid light and high temperature, seal for preservation.
