Specification: 0.5g; 1.0g; 2.0g
Pharmacological category: Broad-spectrum penicillin Antibiotic
Mechanism of action: It is a broad-spectrum penicillin antibiotic with bactericidal effect, which inhibits the synthesis of bacterial cell wall, destroys the integrity of bacterial cell wall, and exerts antibacterial effect on a variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It has strong antibacterial activity against sensitive bacteria and is not easy to produce drug resistance in short-term use.
Indications: Treatment of bacterial infections caused by sensitive bacteria, including respiratory tract infection (pneumonia, bronchitis, pharyngitis), urinary tract infection, biliary tract infection, gastrointestinal infection, skin and soft tissue infection, sepsis and postoperative infection; adjuvant treatment of gynecological infection and neonatal bacterial infection.
Usage and dosage: Intravenous drip / intramuscular injection after dissolution with sterile water for injection or normal saline. Adult: 0.5g ~ 2.0g once a time, 3 ~ 4 times a day. Pediatric: 50 ~ 100mg per kg body weight per day, divided into 3 ~ 4 times for administration. The course of treatment is 7 ~ 14 days, and the dosage can be increased appropriately for severe infection.
Contraindications: Contraindicated in patients allergic to this product, penicillin antibiotics and any excipients of the preparation; contraindicated in patients with a history of penicillin anaphylactic shock.
Cautious population: Use with caution in patients with allergic constitution (asthma, urticaria); use with caution in patients with mild to moderate hepatic and renal insufficiency (reduce dosage and monitor liver and kidney function); use with caution in pregnant and lactating women (safe under medical guidance); elderly patients with reduced organ function use small dose and slow administration; infants and neonates use strictly according to body weight to avoid overdose.
Adverse reactions: Common reactions: mild local pain, redness and swelling at intramuscular injection site; occasional gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea). Allergic reactions: skin rash, pruritus and urticaria are common, and severe anaphylactic shock is rare (occur rapidly, need emergency treatment). Rare reactions: mild elevation of transaminase, thrombocytopenia and other blood system abnormalities, which are reversible after drug withdrawal. The incidence of adverse reactions is low with conventional dosage, high safety for clinical use.
Notes: Skin allergy test must be performed before the first medication, and the medication is prohibited if positive; do not mix with other antibiotics and alkaline drugs in the same infusion bottle to avoid drug inactivation; intravenous drip should be slow to prevent hypotension and adverse reactions; stop medication immediately if allergic symptoms occur and symptomatic treatment is given; store in a cool and dry place, avoid light and high temperature, and seal for preservation.
