Product Description

1.Mechanism of action:

Blocks calcium ion influx into vascular smooth muscle and myocardial cells, dilates coronary arteries and systemic peripheral blood vessels, reduces peripheral vascular resistance, lowers blood pressure, increases coronary blood flow, relieves coronary artery spasm, and reduces myocardial oxygen consumption, takes effect quickly after oral administration, the peak effect is at 1-2 hours, and the duration is 4-8 hours.

2.Indications:

Used for hypertension (can be used alone or combined with other antihypertensive drugs); angina pectoris including variant angina, unstable angina and chronic stable angina.

3.Usage and dosage:

Oral administration, swallow with water, do not chew or crush. Hypertension: 1020mg once, 23 times a day, the maximum daily dose is 60mg. Angina pectoris: 1020mg once, 3 times a day; for variant angina, the dose can be increased appropriately, follow the doctor's advice.

4.Contraindications:

Contraindicated in patients allergic to this product and other dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers; contraindicated in patients with severe hypotension, cardiogenic shock; contraindicated in patients with severe aortic stenosis.

5.Cautious population:

Use with caution in patients with heart failure, severe liver and renal insufficiency, hypotension, sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular block; use with caution in pregnant and lactating women; elderly patients use with caution and start with a low dose; children are not recommended to use it routinely.

6.Adverse reactions:

Common flushing, headache, dizziness, palpitations, tachycardia, lower extremity edema, fatigue; mild gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea, abdominal distension, constipation; rare rash, pruritus, gingival hyperplasia, hypotension, arrhythmia; long-term use may cause reflex tachycardia and aggravate myocardial ischemia in individual patients.

7.Notes:

The drug has a rapid and strong hypotensive effect, avoid sudden hypotension leading to dizziness and syncope; it is forbidden to stop the drug suddenly, reduce the dose gradually to prevent rebound hypertension; monitor blood pressure and heart rate regularly during medication; combined use with beta-blockers can reduce reflex tachycardia; avoid taking it with grapefruit juice, which may increase blood drug concentration and adverse reactions.
