Vitamin B Complex Tablet

Specification: Vitamin B1 1mg + B2 1mg + PP 15mg

Pharmacological category: Multivitamin supplement, B vitamin complex preparation, metabolic regulator

Product Description

Mechanism of action: Contains essential water-soluble B vitamins (B1/B2/B6/niacinamide/pantothenic acid), which act as core coenzymes to participate in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism, promote energy synthesis, maintain normal function of nervous system, digestive tract and skin mucosa, improve cell respiration and tissue repair, prevent B vitamin deficiency-induced metabolic disorders, with fast absorption and no fat accumulation in the body.

Indications: Prevention and treatment of various diseases caused by B vitamin deficiency (beriberi, angular cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, seborrheic dermatitis, neuritis); adjuvant therapy for fatigue, weakness, poor appetite and digestive dysfunction caused by metabolic disorder; nutritional support for pregnant/lactating women, elderly, postoperative patients, alcoholics and vegetarians; adjuvant treatment for neurological diseases (peripheral neuritis, neuralgia) and skin mucosal diseases.

Usage and dosage: Oral administration, take with warm water after meals (improve absorption), once daily, 1 tablet each time; severe deficiency: 1 tablet, twice daily. Course of treatment: 4-8 weeks for deficiency correction, long-term low-dose maintenance optional for high-risk groups.

Contraindications: Contraindicated in patients allergic to Vitamin B complex, any component of this product and excipients.

Cautious population: Use with caution in patients with severe hepatic/renal insufficiency (monitor liver/kidney function, avoid excessive intake); pregnant/lactating women (safe in standard dosage, meet nutritional needs of mother and fetus/infant); elderly patients with reduced metabolism (standard dose applicable, no overdose risk); allergic constitution patients (monitor for rash and pruritus); avoid long-term high-dose use to prevent adverse reactions caused by excessive niacinamide/B6.

Adverse reactions: High safety, mild and rare adverse reactions, excellent tolerance

1. Common reactions: Occasional mild gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, abdominal distension, loose stool), relieved spontaneously after taking with meals or drug withdrawal; transient skin flushing, pruritus (caused by niacinamide, mild and self-limiting).

2. Rare reactions: Skin rash, urticaria and other allergic reactions (extremely rare); long-term high-dose use may cause peripheral neuritis (B6 excess), liver function mild elevation (reversible after dose reduction); no severe toxic and side effects with conventional dosage.

Notes: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose to avoid excessive B vitamin intake; take after meals to reduce gastrointestinal irritation and improve absorption; the tablet is yellow to orange round tablet, forbidden to use if discolored, damp or cracked; store in a cool dry place, sealed, protected from light and moisture; validity period: 36 months.
